I am a firm believer that we all have a "Sixth Sense" so its really important that we maintain and strengthen our abilties by ensuring that  we keep up to date with our (what I call) Psychic MOTs! Just like a car we have to look after the running of  our Psychic abilities - Make sure its all running smoothly without any blockages.

Maintaing a Healthy Diet and Drinking Plenty Water(without flouride) is a must for ensuring we are kept in tip top condition - Certain Foods are known to improve Psychic Abilites:  A Healthy Body maintains a Healthy Mind.

Eliminating red meat from our diet is said to be beneficial in improving Psychcic Abilitiies as the hormones in meat can interfere with our psychic abilities- Eating plenty of fresh fruit and veg are also very beneficial(Organic if possible).

Positive thinking is very important when maintaining a balanced psychic ability - Positive Thinking attracts positivity to out lives.

Meditation is very useful for relaxation and allowing us to connect with our own pirituality. Find what works for you when meditating, everyone is different so what works for others may not work for you - there is no right or wrong way as long as what you are doing relaxes you and allows you to focus your mind.

Being around nature I always feel helps us tune in with our psychic abilites so every chance you can take to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, is a godsend. Take a walk in the forest, walk along the shore line , sit by a Stream, climb a mountain. These are all things I find really help to clear your mind and re-connect with yourself. Listen to the nature around you. The waves crashing to the shore, the birds chirping, the trickling of a stream, these things all helps us connect with nature and are very grounding.

We all get random thoughts and feelings so I find keeping a diary of those can help you see patterns emerge and you can then connect them to things that are current in your life and those of your loved ones.

Mastering the art of breathing properly is very important, breathing Slowly and Deeply. Focus on inhaling and with each exhale imagine you are blowing away all your stresses and worries of the day.

I always advise clients to keep a diary of dreams. We receive so much information from our dreams and it is often overlooked.  I find taking 5 minutes in the morning before you get up just to focus on the dream you may have had and look at what it was about, what it meant to you brings greater self-awareness and can be very useful in adjusting to the day ahead.

Trust yourself and your own abilties. Often people try to change what they have picked up intuitively or play about with it. Write it down as you received it even if it doesnt make sense to you at that time.

One of the best ways to improve Psychic Ability is to love and help others. Of course in our lives we come across situations that cause us to be angry or upset, or even at times to hate. These however are negative emotions so by dealing with those issues and letting them go it enhances your spirituality. Perhaps examining what is causing you to feel those things, will help you advance spiritually.
