Great news Virgo, Saturn starts moving forwards in your sign again on the 3rd of May after four long months travelling in reverse. You have been feeling self-conscious and limited in your self-_expression during this time, and there is still work to be done on how you project yourself to the world, but you will feel more positive and determined about things this month. Mars enters your house of private things on the 10th however, this is the last house he visits before his return to your sign on the 2nd of July, so energy levels will probably feel quite low until then. There will also be a lot of working behind the scenes and a feeling of not receiving recognition for your achievements during this period.
Travel is in mind for you this month, as the Sun passes through your area of travel and higher learning until the 20th of May, and you are investing lots of energy into widening your life experience. Venus also lingers here until the 24th, so romantic dreams of faraway destinations are highly likely! The new Moon of the 5th is an excellent time to plan a trip. Look out also for a fortuitous connection between Saturn in your sign, and Venus and Pluto in your sister earth signs from the 1st to 3rd. This is a positive time for planning your leisure time to get the maximum benefit. The 10th to 24th also brings further opportunities for making time for yourself, and partners are coming up with original ideas here too.
Getting your affairs into some sort of order however, as Virgos like to do, could provide difficult, with Neptune squaring up to the Sun and Venus. He also wreaks continued havoc in your house of everyday work and health matters, which is highly irritating for you, as you really do like to be efficient, and when he turns backwards on the 27th, you may struggle even more to establish routines at work. There will be a feeling of hedonism around you for the next four months or so, and difficulty turning your attention away from pastimes to attend to more serious matters.
Career issues are receiving attention in May, as Mercury arrives here on the 3rd, and opens the channels of communication nicely. Mercury is the third planet to change course however, also on the 27th, and from then misunderstandings are likely in your career right through till the 20th of June. A discussion around the 3rd will rear its head again between the 21st and 28th as the Sun and Venus also arrive here, and while you will be keen to show what you can do, and seek appreciation for your talents, responsibilities could get you down a little. Partners with plans for your leisure time could also cause friction between the 23rd and 30th, they are feeling impulsive but you will find their unpredictable behaviour irritating. Watch out also on the 20th of May for the second full Moon in your communication area.
