Hello Pisces! Mystical Neptune, your ruling planet, has been gliding through your house of private matters for the past nine years, and during this time you have become increasingly more in tune with your environment, and have been seeking periods of solitude to enable you to work towards achieving an inner state of peace. Neptune starts moving backwards on the 27th of this month however, and there will follow a period of confusion from then until early November, in which you will need to take some time out to reflect and clear your mind of clutter. Your journey towards a better spiritual understanding will continue until he vacates your sign in early 2012 however, so this period is just a brief pit stop on the way!
You are feeling a strong urge to communicate with the world in May, as the Sun shines in this part of your chart until the 20th of the month. Venus also joins him here, so establishing a common understanding with those you speak to will be of paramount importance. The new Moon of the 5th is a good time to talk to neighbours or siblings about a new project or community activity, and a Grand Trine, or great triangle between Venus, Saturn and Pluto between the 1st and 3rd is extremely fortuitous for communication with partners and friends or social groups. The 10th to 24th also highlights activities with friends, you are all singing from the same hymn sheet here, and you are on top form with flashes of inspiration and originality as you embark upon joint discussions. With Neptune around however, you may feel a little out of sorts or like hiding yourself away, and making the effort could be draining.
The planets in your areas of close relationships and friendships are also shifting around this month, so you may experience an unsettling feeling with those close to you. Saturn starts to move forwards in your house of close partners on the 3rd, so you will feel a noticeable shift towards a less burdensome feeling with partners, but Jupiter goes into reverse in your friendships zone on the 10th, so between now and September close pals could get your back up with their bossy attitudes and over the top behaviour!
Mercury opens the floodgates of communication in your domestic area during May, but make sure you have any important discussions before the 27th, as he also does an about turn on this date and goes into reverse gear. After this time things will become a little more confusing at home, with misunderstandings or clashes of aims highly likely until the 20th of June. A partner may also cause a depressing atmosphere at home around the 3rd, by dampening your enthusiasm for a group activity or outing with a friend. This topic of conversation, much to your disappointment, will not be resolved until the last week of the month, when the Sun and Venus arrive to put some positive harmonious energy into your domestic environment. An unexpected benefit or mortgage hitch could also catch you off guard between the 23rd and 30th, and will probably require a family discussion.
Elsewhere, Mars enters your work and health area on the 10th of May, so you really will feel more energetic about your routines and general health, and a rare full Moon on the 20th shining in your house of travel for the second month in a row, brings a sense of completion to a travel or higher education matter, which came to light last month, but you were unable to finalise for some reason.
