All our readers are thoroughly tested to ensure that they meet the highest standards. We do not let anyone read for our clients that we would not have read for ourselves, our friends or our families. We operate in the light and are proud of what we are achieving. All our readers are asked to follow these principles in their readings:



1. All readings will be conducted in a genuine and honest manner.
2. We will not bluff or mislead in our readings.
3. If we are not achieving a connection after real effort, we will say so.
4. We will not talk down to our clients.
5. We will provide psychic readings of extraordinary quality.

If you feel that a reader has failed you in any of the above then please email us at info@whisperingspirits.co.uk so that we can train the Reader to do better next time.

Please also note that we believe that our Readers and support staff deserve the same high level of respect and courtesy as our customers. For this reason, we operate a Zero Tolerance policy on rudeness, insulting, abusive, aggressive, or overly demanding behaviour. We simply will not place you with a reader unless you demonstrate clearly to us in your communications that this will not happen during a reading.
