Hi there Libra! The Sun
conjuncts Mercury in your house of love for the first fortnight of February, and
this is a fabulous aspect for letting the object of your affections know exactly
how you feel about them! You certainly won’t be shy about expressing
yourself on Valentine’s Day, in fact if you are single, there could easily be
more than one person who interests you at this time. This is also an
excellent period for talking to children, you will understand them, so get any
issues out in the open. Just make sure you listen to what they have to
say, because Mercury is all for the talking and not so hot on the
listening! Leisure activities which you plan during this period will need
to engage your mind, if you are going to see a show or concert, choose a
performance which will give you food for thought. Creativity will be hard
to express after the 14th however, so don’t plan any brain-storming
sessions!
Neptune is finally on the move again
after many months of to-ing and fro-ing on the edge of your house of work.
Now he has finally made it into his area, and with him he brings creativity,
idealism and compassion! Your dreams of a better life will be very
vivid and you will be keen to inject a little more warmth and good natured
behaviour into your working world. The new Moon of the 21st could help you
in your goal, by presenting you with an opportunity to support a colleague in
need. Over the next few months as Neptune settles in here, you will begin
to search for more meaningful work and this could lead you to a change of job.
This is a very dreamy transit however, so it will be difficult to organise your
day, and when you need information, it could be lacking clarity or just
downright confusing! Health issues which arise now will also be very vague
to pinpoint and may go undiagnosed for some time.
With Mars settling into retrograde
motion in your house of hidden things, you may also find it hard to sleep in
February! This transit tends to bring a desperate desire for privacy and
down time, coupled with an inability to switch off, so don’t be surprised if
your nights are restless. It’s hard to express anger when Mars is in this
house, and even harder when he is moving backwards, so your feelings of stress
could show themselves in frustration or impatience instead. You may also
find you are working alone more or left to your own devices by everyone around
you, this is no bad thing, it will give you a chance to unwind. The days
of the 21st to 26th will bring an opposition between Mars and Mercury, so you
may be dragged into disputes at this time when you would much prefer to keep
your counsel. You will feel you have lost these arguments, but it doesn’t
matter, you kept your dignity!
Finally in February, be prepared for
more family crises around the 10th to 16th and 20th to 29th. Urgent
home repairs around the 10th will cause some panic, most notably relating to
structural damage caused by events out of your control, but the end of the
month will bring support from your family circle to tackle your problems, so
take heart! Don’t be afraid to ask for financial help. The full Moon on
the 7th could also see an old friend leaving your life, it’s time to move on so
