Greetings lovely Leo! Family matters are in focus for you in October, as feisty Mars makes this part of your chart his next stop from the 5th of the month. Domestic issues have a knack of coming out into the open for an airing when Mars is on the case, so the atmosphere at home could get a little tense, but Venus is helping matters as she hangs around until the 18th to smooth over any disagreements. Between the 4th and 11th she also meets with some of the other planets across the skies, so during this week the influence of your family will permeate most areas of your life. Any domestic issues could also pre-occupy you at this time. Mars takes Venus’s place in this line up from the 22nd right into early November, so you may find assistance from family members really helps you to get on track here. There is though also a feeling of independence around you for this last week of the month, and when the Sun arrives on the 24th especially, you will be very focussed on what you want and keen to let people know about it! The new Moon of the 28th is a great time too for a change of décor or new domestic project.

Communication continues to cause some problems in October. The Sun is in this area until the 23rd, so again there is a strong emphasis on wanting to express your personal needs, but Mercury continues to cause problems here into November. He is still in reverse until the 16th, so up to then you will find clear communication hard going, and even after this date you will find yourself going over things you had already discussed in September, so there is a feeling of frustration around. Relationships with siblings or neighbours could also continue to be difficult. Between the 1st and 10th in particular you could find misunderstandings ensue in a work situation, and these won’t be cleared up until around the 23rd to 29th.

Things should be better with partners and there are some nice times on the cards throughout the month as you reminisce and support one another, but again there are elements of confusion around any discussions so take care you are both on the same wavelength! If you are looking for love however, the days of the 1st to 4th and 19th to 23rd could see you making a powerful connection with someone who will knock your socks off! With Venus also arriving in your leisure and pleasure area from the 19th, these last two weeks in fact could be very romantic.

Regrettably, those financial ups and downs which you have been performing a precarious balancing act with over the last few months are set to continue, as Uranus in your area of personal cash locks horns in October with Saturn in your house of loans and mortgages, in a battle set to last into September 2009. These two are total opposites, Uranus is about change and progress while Saturn clings desperately to the 'tried and tested', so there is more work to do here with your finances,.Over the next year you will need to try to achieve a balance between what you know and trust in money matters and perhaps trying some new methods or plans. It probably sounds quite easy on paper, but you may make a few attempts at this before you get the formula right.
