Greetings Leo! February’s
glorious full Moon will shine in your sign on the 7th of the month, and this is
a time for getting back in touch with what really makes you tick, and doing what
you love! Let go of things which don’t suit you around this date, and be
true to your inner lion! Sometimes the full Moon brings us a crisis or
unusual situation which takes us way out of our comfort zone, and makes us look
very closely at ourselves, but this is all part of the learning process, pushing
us to think about what we really need. Look out for arguments with your
partner around this date too, as Mercury will be conjunct the Sun for the first
fortnight of the month, which means that he will also oppose the Moon at its
fullest. You could easily find yourself drawn into your other half’s
worries and concerns for their own life, which is all well and good, but don’t
let them steer you away from your journey of self-discovery!
Mars is currently retrograde in your
house of money, so you are likely to experience frustration around your
financial affairs. It will be hard to get new projects off the ground, and
you will either find yourself arguing more with financial institutions, or will
find it extremely difficult to express your feelings. If you worked extra
hours between mid-December and mid-January, or received an increase in your
income around that time, you may find that the money you hoped for doesn’t
arrive, or needs to be used for an emergency bill. Spending on luxury
items will also be tempting, particularly around the 1st to 8th, if you need new
household goods during this period, it will be easy to opt for the more
extravagant items, when a basic model will do the job just as well. Try
not to be impulsive because you may feel you have wasted your money
later.
With dreamy Neptune making a beeline
for your house of debts on the 4th too, there will be considerable disorder
around joint finances this month. Your partner’s income could be erratic
and this will impact on your household security. If you have to deal with
complex tax or debt problems, be very cautious, missing information
coupled with confusion will make it very hard to get your facts right. You
also need to guard against any form of income which looks as though it may
involve fraud or other criminal activity, particularly if it comes in the form
of a loan. Your desire to help others in need will be strong at this time,
so your intentions will probably be honourable, but you still need to look after
yourself. The new Moon on the 21st will bring an opportunity to pay off a
debt, or alternatively you may receive a tax rebate or increase in benefit
payments. Make sure the payment is correct before you spend it!
Venus squares up to Pluto between the
10th and 19th of February, which could cause some tension around your perfect
Valentine’s Day plans! If you were hoping to take a trip to somewhere
exciting with your loved one, you may find that ill health or unexpected work
loads scupper your plans at the last minute! Expect the unexpected and be
prepared to be flexible! If you travel abroad regularly or are involved in
higher education, your everyday routines could be seriously disrupted around
these days, as an important part of your life suddenly has to be
transformed. Remember that after every ending comes a new beginning!
