Hey gorgeous goats! Make a note in
your diaries, we have some important lunar events coming up in August which will
affect several different aspects of your life! The first of these events is the
new Moon of the 1st of August, which also happens to be one of two eclipses this
month, and as such takes on extra significance. This eclipse will happen in your
house of shared resources, which is basically money you use but don’t strictly
earn such as mortgages, loans and benefits. Any new projects or repayment plans
which you start around this date will have an added impact on your life six
months down the line, so it’s a great time for making some concrete plans for
the future. We also have Mercury here until the 6th and Venus until the 10th, so
anything which requires discussion in this area should go well and be free of
misunderstandings. With the Sun making his presence felt until the 22nd too,
your needs and priorities will be clear and you will know what you want to
achieve.
However, you may encounter some problems
around your own money and possessions, as Neptune continues to confuse and
deceive in this area of your chart right up until the 20th by opposing Venus,
Mercury and the Sun. This will be a difficult period, as headway you make with
benefits or loans may suddenly be scuppered by a need to cover a bill or other
outgoing which you hadn’t been told about or accounted for. You really don’t
like to be unprepared, particularly where your personal security is at stake,
and this will irritate you. The full Moon of the 16th, which also brings the
second eclipse of the month, could make things worse here, as a full Moon
eclipse shows us what is missing or needs to end in our lives. A financial
project or decision which you took back in February will also come full circle,
and this may leave you a little lost about your next move. Just take some time
out and use some of that Capricorn good sense, as with Neptune around things are
never quite as they seem. Any plans are best made after the 20th.
Broadening your life experience is also on
the agenda in August, as your mind turns to faraway destinations and new and
exciting places to discover. Venus and Mercury pay visits to this sector from
the 7th and 11th respectively, and the Sun also arrives with his suit case on
the 23rd. This isn’t just about holidays though, it’s about feeling a need to
get out there and see something other than your personal piece of sky. You may
plan a course, or even just read a book, anything which makes you feel as
though you have absorbed a new experience. If you do go away, you will be really
keen to take in everything that is new, and with Mars around till the 19th there
will also be a real sense of adventure around things. Just watch out between the
1st and 14th for some disruption around any trips or courses, make sure you have
all the documents you need and keep copies of any letters. There is also a
second new Moon on the 30th, which also happens in your travel sector, so this
is a particularly good day to get some ideas for expanding your
horizons going. Although not as powerful as plans generated around the
eclipse, projects undertaken now will be especially personal for you, as
your ruling planet Saturn is involved in the proceedings. Have a great
