Happy Birthday Aquarius! Hope your birthday wishes come true and you get everything on your list! As the Sun returns to your sign, this time will be the start of the water-carrier’s new year. It’s a fantastic time for making plans for your year ahead, and putting into place the changes you want to make to improve your life in all areas. Mercury is also in your sign from the 11th of February, and during the week of the 11th to 17th in particular, your mind will be in overdrive as you formulate all kinds of ingenious plans and schemes! The new Moon of the 14th is also a wonderful time for making some changes to your image. You may become especially aware of the way you present yourself to others, and want to try out a new look or approach. It’s a fabulous moment to do it, so go for it! With Neptune on hand at this time to add a generous helping of kindness and compassion, your change of attitude will most likely involve a more thoughtful way of being too.
Financial facts and figures will be a little blurry in February, as there are lots of romantic and carefree influences around your money house! Venus meets Jupiter here between the 12th and 22nd, so while this is fabulous for splashing out on giant love hearts and boxes of chocolates for your chosen one, it won’t make your bank balance very happy! The full Moon of the 28th will also bring a sudden end to a loan or debt arrangement. Again here we can see some seriously impractical planets involved, so this agreement could end because of an impulsive decision on your part to renege on a payment, or take on more than you can afford! Just take care here, you really do need to watch your cash flow and once the Sun arrives here on the 19th, your confidence in your financial acumen will increase tenfold for the last ten days of the month, and this may not be completely justified!
Prepare for further tension with close partners as Mercury forms a difficult opposition to Mars for the last fortnight of the month. That frustration and general unhappiness that partners are feeling with Mars retrograde, will not begin to subside until we move towards the middle of next month, and trying to get through to them during this last half of February will be extremely tough. They will be sure they are in the right and their reaction to your attempts at communication will range from sarcastic to downright rude! Not overly positive! We aren’t just talking about loved ones here either, this could apply to anyone you have a one to one partnership with, such as a business partner, even an enemy or someone you are currently at odds with over any issue. There isn’t a lot you can do here, apart from ride this rather nasty atmosphere for these weeks.
